This is a tip calculator and a percentage off calculator.
With the tip calculator, you can determine the tip to pay in three ways; Tip Slider, Common Values, or based on a total to pay.
The Tip Slider method allows you to choose the amount to tip by sliding the slider. The last slider value you used will be saved. The slider defaults at 10%.
Common Values display common tip amounts from 10% to 20% in 2% increments.
The Total to Pay allows you to choose a maximum amount to pay, and the tip is calculated based on that amount.
The Percentage Off calculator is useful for figuring out what the amount of an item would be if you took a percentage amount off of it. A slider lets you choose 5% to 95% in 5% increments. This view also has a sales tax setting so you can see what your item would cost with sales tax applied.
